Refund policy

At Dimeit, we understand the importance of clear and fair return and refund policies. Below are the criteria for returns and exchanges:

1. 3-Day Return & Refund Policy:

   • You must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return or request a refund for your product.
   • An opening video of the received product is necessary to process your return or refund request.

2. Product Exchanges:

   • We will exchange the product if it is damaged during transit or if the wrong product is delivered to you.
   • In both cases, we will cover the shipping charges.

3. Refund Conditions:

   • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are undamaged and match the order you placed, or if we find that the return request is based on false grounds.
   • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

4. Order Cancellations:

   • You can cancel your order before making a payment without any charges.
     
   • If the goods have already been shipped, both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with the 3% payment processing fee. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
